David Melis
David is an Executive Director in the Business Advisory Lead with Rennie, based in Perth.
David helps organisations build stronger, more resilient businesses by designing and implementing new ways of working, enhancing project delivery and implementing change strategies. He partners with organisations to drive productivity, unlock value and deliver sustainable results in a rapidly evolving market.
Recently David has helped energy sector clients navigate the challenges of distributed energy resources (DER) integration, including incorporating new behind-the-meter (BTM) products into their portfolios. He also leads operating model reviews to identify and implement more efficient business structures, enabling organisations to unlock value and adapt to the rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Before joining Rennie, David spent over 15 years at Deloitte, where he led major strategic initiatives for clients across the utilities, resources and financial services sectors.
